Ugh, apparently E*Trade doesn't include the right cost basis on my company's 1099-B forms which means I overpaid last year's taxes by over $3000. Filing an amendment is such a pain in the butt since I have to do it manually through the mail and this might affect this year's filing. I hate how tax filing works in the US.
