Now @SLEDGE recommened I ask the Cu.be comunity about the email I sent him so I am copying and pasting it to you guys in the hopes that you guys could help.
-------------------------------

So will you go to my site:
kopauniksupercam.webs.com

I want to find a good website that will let me make one that is really good. There are so many options, which one is the best? I dont want one that requires php, html, java, etc. knowledge to build and what not. I want a simple one like webs.com

However webs without going premium hass severly limited itself since I last got on a few years ago and now I either need to pay to become premium to keep this, or move to a diffrent site.

But the ones that I look at are either not free, or complicated. I want a simple one that later when I have $$$ I can get my own domain and stuff.

Here are the features I need:
The ability to at least have 10 pages (webs has now limited me to 5 when I used to not have a limit at all
]
A blog feature
A user feature
The ability to later purchase custom domain but be free for now
A easy to build layout that I can make and customize my site
1 GB of free storage
The ability to have social media buttons like I already have on my current site
The ability to have a twitter feed like I do on my current site
I would like to be able to do custom html tags without upgrading (which is what I need to do on webs) but if I need to upgrade, I can add custom HTMLs later. But I do need to be able to do it eventually
When I do upgrade, it needs to be super cheap. There is a sale right now on webs, so IDK what the usual price is, but currently it is at:
3.75 month for 2 years
7.50 month for 2 years
16.66 month for 2 years
I only need the minimum one, but even at 55% off, that seems really steep compared to your $10 a year.... however yours requires manual programming... and I dont know how to set up a user system, a twitter feed, or a good social media button. Plus I dont have 10 to spend anyways so I couldnt get that even if I was the best programmer in the world.

So yeah, sounds like WordPress is the way to go. Just find a free WordPress host that has what you want (like I said, I'm pretty sure OpenShift has it but there might be better alternatives).

WordPress is (IMO) the most professional site builder.

Then you can buy domain for $1.17 a year (GoDaddy coupons I have) and connect them.

If we're talking sitebuilders, I really have no knowledge on the subject.

Oh also...

As an alternative you could try looking up "wordpess hosting" which might be easier.

Short answer:
You usually pay a steep premium for a nice site builder. But...

Long answer:
You may want to consider looking at OpenShift.

Now, I don't know if they'll have what you want, but they might and I know that you can get 1GB storage for free (technically 3GB, but you'll see what I mean).

The way it works is based on "gears". All you have to worry about are small gears since all you get for free are 3 small gears. Each small gear gets you 1GB of storage space and runs an application which is made of "cartridges". This is where it gets interesting.

They have a lot of different applications to pick from. Applications can be anything from a Django framework (like I'm using to mess around with) to a Wordpress site. The later is probably what you'd want.

I'm not completely familiar with Wordpress, but it appears to be a sort of site builder which might be what you want. Like I said, you'll have to investigate because I haven't done it myself, all I can say is that I'm impressed with OpenShift's service so far.

In terms of the domain name, you can register as many as you want and link them externally (they don't sell domains) but it works. In terms of upgrading in the future, additional gears are a few cents per hour per gear but what you'd probably want is to just add more storage to the same gear which seems to be $1 per additional GB per month.

Overall, I think they have what you want. However, it will certainly be a bit more work than using, say, Webs.com. But it's definitely free and definitely more flexible.
