Tagging users apparently has link that 404s.

I can\'t make a Quick Note on my Android phone (there\'s no way to change my brush color / size like there ysed to be) (Android 7.1.2) using chrome. Also there\'s a weird bug on the main menu of QN that in the daak mode theme has the background if one of the Div\'s white with white text.
The link for message notifications has extra \' \' around it.

Mail outbox shows all messages to be sent 48 years ago.

I get a notification from each tab when I have multiple tabs open. I got four notifications from commenting on my own status because of it lol.
